Kempinski Hotel Dalian is located in the heart of the commercial and business district, opposite Labour Park and just a few steps away from luxury shopping centres. It is approximately 700 meters from Dalian Railway Station and about a 10-kilometer drive from the airport. The surrounding area is within walking distance of many commercial landmarks and scenic spots.

1. Hotel reservation is offered only online through the home page ‘Accommodation’. We have pre-selected rooms in Kempinski Hotel Dalian at competitive prices. Availability is limited, so we encourage you to complete your reservation on the website as early as possible. The hotel reservation system will be closed at 5:30 PM on October 15th. Reservations for Hanting Hotel and Home Inn must be made by yourself via telephone. The room rates shall be subject to the official quotations published by the respective hotels.
2. The hotel's contracted price is only valid during the symposium period, that: from October 25th (check-in date) to October 28th (check-out date).
3. Specific process: Enter the hotel reservation page - Select the room type - Select check-in and check-out date - Confirm and submit - Confirm hotel information (if there are any special requirements, please fill in) - Confirm and submit
4. Each attendee is entitled to reserve one hotel room only. If you are booking a standard room and sharing it with a colleague, please make sure to clearly note the information of the person you will be sharing with.
5. If your travel plans change before the symposium, please notify the conference secretariat and cancel your booking no later than 5:30 PM on October 15th.
6. Upon check-in, please present a valid government-issued photo ID and settle payment for your room stay. The accommodation invoice will be issued by the hotel at check-out.
